Kristina Hess is a licensed dietitian-nutritionist and health coach using the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting as metabolic therapy with many of her patients. At Keto Symposium Kristina will talk about how nutrigenomics testing can inform a personalized prescription for the type of low carb program to follow (i.e. yes or no to dairy, coffee, saturated fat, red meat, more fiber etc).
